Been discussed, in defense, article is dated today...

Thanks for posting for some May have overlooked.

Wow Panteras, you are a jerk.

Why don't you keep up. Article is from today and mentions the MSU defense.

You sure are a winner.

No question Narduzzi knows how to find, develop and coach talent-he and Dantonio built MSU intto the beast it has become with a lot of 3 and 2 star players.

One thing Narduzzi didn't develop or coach into Waeyns is that 4.3 speed. Hell that would make him the fastest player in the SEC, let alone the B10. That's Neon Deon stuff right there.

As I've been saying, Duzzi likes his corners long and physical. Waeyns is a good example of that.

Re: DBs, DEs, DTs, & LBs Too!

No question he knows how to develop Defensive Players. Although, I do not fault a few Pitt Recruits changing to Penn State the last week of recruiting. I still think the ones on Defense will come to regret not being coached under Coach Pat and one can see he developed 2 and 3 Star Players into Top 100 ESPN Players in less than 2 years and a projected First Round Draft Pick. I think Penn State's Franklin took those players he knows will not be able to play right away just to keep them from being developed by Pitt's Coach Pat.

It does not upset me at all that they think they may believe they will start at Penn State. I truly believe Franklin that if these recruits are good enough he will start them. Yet, that Penn State Defense was rated mighty high too in 2014 and so competition will be fierce. Those last 5 players that went to Penn State just means Pitt will have more open slots for this years recruits and Pitt did not panic taking other players just to fill the open slots. However, at Pitt, there is no question in my mind that DEs, DTs, LBs, and DBs all have better opportunities to train and work hard to start faster at Pitt, because they are needed at Pitt in 2015!

We shall see how they develop in the next few years, but the Recruits that chose MSU years ago, have little to no regrets playing for Coach Pat is all that I know.

Just A Hunch!

He played more consistently as a junior than in his breakout sophomore season, recording a tackle for loss in 10 of MSU's 13 games to finish with a team-high eight sacks. Best of all for the Spartans, he's coming back as a senior.
