I was watching one of the games last night. The OL jumped but the refs called delay of game on the defensive LB. The announcer stated that the penalty was called because the LB yelled the snap count causing the OL player to move.
Until Thursday evening I had never seen that called. Now it was called in 2 games. I guess that is what the Pitt DL did.
