I have only read a few bullet points on this, but it feels like a school like Pitt would be even more screwed this way. Still no maximum NIL figures, yet they have to come up with a minimum for all athletes? No thank you. Let's cross the muddy pond and start playing FCS schools at the Riverhounds' stadium. I want no part of this madness.
