Devonshire

Penn State just picked up a nice transfer Corner from South Carolina , John Dixon, solid player for SC, the DB room is getting a little crowded at corner for PSU....

Can Devonshire play CB and S? Wasn’t sure. Would be nice considering we’re hit harder at safety than the corners.

I don't know enough about him to count out Safety, but everything I've read concerning his college career points to C, including a quote from PSN, that says one of his reasons for leaving is that Kentucky is not playing as much "press man" as he expected in their current scheme.?

That makes sense that we’d be interested then; we’re about as physical as it gets when it comes to our cornerbacks.

It seems that is the direction that College football is headed, it may already be there, a 4-1-6 or dime defense with very physical DB's everywhere, and a very talented front four.

Yeah rather hard to get excited about a guy who spurred Pitt most likely for the money, then made one... yes, ONE tackle in 9 Games this year. He looks rail thin too.

Not saying he isn’t good, the tape online shows he covered well, but if he played here all last and made one tackle you all would be calling him a bust

Prodigal son. Welcome him with open arms.
Him coming here will send a huge “The grass isn’t any greener message” to all our local recruits.
Plus our defense will still be pretty good next year.....
And lastly...”Why Not!”

What did he bang your girlfriend... People like you are total losers. You know nothing about football and your to petty to know anything about the game. Kid is a good player and this is business.

A little harsh there goadie... I’m ok with players that leave and come back as long as they do not make stupid backhanded comments or disparage Pitt in the process of leaving (including parents). Guys like Wade, Sanders, Jeter, Dravon Henry, Marmo, Shai MacKenzie, etc...

On the other hand I understand jrnpitt’s feelings about the kids and parents thinking that Pitt can be a potential “fall back” plan.

Here's the thing,

When devonshire committed, I suppose Pitt was still viewed as a fallback plan.

Today, with 5, maybe 6 defensive Pitt players about to get drafted,

Coupled with the caliber of defensive player in this years class

I'm not sure Pitt is as that much of a fallback today.

Outside of the 6-8 elite teams, going to Pitt to play defense for Narduzzi carries a whole lot more weight than just 2 years ago.

Don't you wish u had some info dweeb. I try and let other posters know what's going on. Most of them appreciate it but some like you and a few take it as a popularity contest. Smh

LOL, you had to start another thread with the exact same title. It has nothing to do with appreciating or not appreciating the info. It was an SMF style look at me thread.

Message board cred isn't something I care about.

Typical response you must be worried about somewhat of credit. I'm not SMF, I have credible sources. Keep being a jerk like your normal self. Have a great evening since I have sources to chat with 😁😁

What a statement portal win. We beat Ped State straight up for an SEC P5 starter. HCPN came to play this offseason
