There was a great article on ESPN (I think) about the additional coaching positions needed on successful hoops teams. Bottom line was that, in this portal era, you need almost one Coach per kid. A bit of a n exaggeration. But you can no longer have any periods of time where the kids aren’t “managed” by someone from the staff.
