Did we actually have a spring game yesterday?

I don't know and I doubt many people were there that could tell us. It's not a big deal around here and this team isn't exactly exciting. Just nothing to talk about with this team, other than the obvious negatives. I'm just hoping that we don't have a losing record this year. Not looking good. Very few ACC-level players at the skill positions.

Outside of Clemson, there isn't much separation in talent at all positions.
The difference is who has a qb and who doesn't.
FWIW, there is a lot of buzz about the event yesterday on the premium board.
Most of the hype i heard involved the usual suspects....new QBs (beville) underused 4 star (ford) and the position with most dept (d line)
I'm not any less excited for this season than any past season. We have a returning QB that now has some experience and a new OC that actually has some brains. The defense should be solid with a good DL and D backfield. Excited to see what Ford can do this season. Special Teams should be good as well. Only concern might be at OL and RB and LB but they all have players at each position that can step up . I see Pitt going 7-5. Hopefully Im wrong and they go 9-3. Have to beat Virginia.
I am really hoping for an 8-4 season plus some signs that this staff really has together. If so, 2020 should be a big year. There only are 10 seniors on the roster who figure for significant playing time, and we have depth at the positions each of them plays. The only position which might be a worry in 2020 would be WR, since we have 3 graduating after this season: Ffrench, Tipton and Matthews. But, they should be replaceable.
