Does Anyone Get These Messages When On Rivals Which Slows Down The PC

Yes, at times (like now) my board pages act very slowly and sometimes even lock up. So I just struggle along. Sometimes I also get a message about do I want to open this file, which obviously looks dangerous, so I say no and keep struggling along.
what I noticed today were ads on the bottom that constantly switch, I don't recall seeing ads on the bottom before? I've seen them on top and the right side, but not on the bottom, unless I haven't look there before
when you are able to access the page, go to the extreme bottom of any post and you'll see motion ads that change real often, maybe that constant motion of those ads causes the problem?
Yes I see it too, especially on an older laptop as I'm plumping in the corner chair in the family room..LOL.
Newer and/or networked desktops have not noticed it.
