Yeah the Supreme Court will eventually step in to stop the activist judges. Not too worried.
Teslas now have white power steering.
Tesla is finished as an auto brand. The stock is up a bit today and may continue to tread water and even improve as the company has other projects in the works but it's really hard to see their auto brand coming back from this. I wonder if he sells off the auto brand.

Its not hating on the EV industry, it's hating on Tesla. I'd never buy another Tesla or another gas car. So I'd have to choose another EV. EVs are great and not because of the environment. I just like not ever having to stop for gas or think "if I drive to this place and back, it's going to cost me $15."

No, I mean its so expensive to drive a gas car that I literally think if I have to go like 50 miles round trip, is it really worth it. I like the EV because it's basically an "all you can drive." You pay up front in the higher price for "free driving." Not exactly free because it raises my electric bill slightly. But almost free.

Do you libs understand that the production and manufacture of an EV uses tons of fossil fuels and the battery disposal alone is polluting and expensive, not to mention the replacement of the battery being >$25,000?
I'm all for EV's, when they are commercially viable as a true alternative to ICE's and when the elements used in battery manufacture are 100% available in the U.S.. These leftist morons doing this to Teslas are so stupid they don't even know they are killing people's businesses and jobs, things the left and Dems supposedly care about. The hypocrisy of Dems is beyond incomprehensible. Elon is an innovator and is trying to do all of the right things that no one else has the guts to try. Destroying, damaging Tesla cars and dealerships is criminal and is rooted in the leftist, fascist ideology. They did it with the riots of 2020 with BLM, with these LGBTQ parades, and with numerous other terror attacks. That was ALL the left and Dems and those who support them. It's funny. I wouldn't but a Tesla now, but it's not because I don't agree with Musk. I actually agree with his efforts and especially the innovation he is bringing to America. I wouldn't buy any EV because they're not ready to be viable for the driving I do and aren't being made yet in a sound, environmentally-aware manner. Also, the infrastructure needed to support them isn't widely available and they take too long to fully charge. They're not ready!
Maybe in 10 years when they have the kinks worked out and if I'm still around, I'll take a look at them. But they have a lot of work to do in many ways before I'd be willing to drive one. I'll stick with my hybrid for now. I like the 550 miles per tank of gas and readily available fuel, and I get over 50 MPG, so I spend relatively less than with an ICE car.

There's currently 127 court cases against the trump administration. At some point we are going to go from courts declaring acts by the Trump Admin to be illegal/unconstitutional to a recognition that Musk and his posse have broken dozens/hundreds of laws and are criminals.
