The Jeter family handled this media attention with a lot class. Kudos to them.

I understand that many Pitt fans don't want Kevin Stallings as their new coach. I get that. But on a list of reasons not to hire him, how it affects the brother of a current player who won't even be here when that player leaves high school has to be way down on the list.If u want one of the best players in the area, then call Scott Barnes, The Chancellor, etc and tell them u do not want Kevin Stallings as the next basketball coach. One hire will hurt both programs.
Narduzzi surely cannot be happy.I understand that many Pitt fans don't want Kevin Stallings as their new coach. I get that. Sure, but it is on the list.I understand that many Pitt fans don't want Kevin Stallings as their new coach. I get that. But on a list of reasons not to hire him, how it affects the brother of a current player who won't even be here when that player leaves high school has to be way down on the list.
Sure, but it is on the list.
This is far, far worse than the Haywood hire. Hiring Haywood was completely about budget. Barnes is already monumentally worse than SP.
Yea brilliantIf u want one of the best players in the area, then call Scott Barnes, The Chancellor, etc and tell them u do not want Kevin Stallings as the next basketball coach. One hire will hurt both programs.
Instead of speculating about what Donovan Jeter thinks about this hire, why not listen to Donovan Jeter himself (not that some panties-twisted yinzer's opinion isn't just as valid). If u want one of the best players in the area, then call Scott Barnes, The Chancellor, etc and tell them u do not want Kevin Stallings as the next basketball coach. One hire will hurt both programs.

I am man enough to admit I was wrong. I overreacted, and this was posted when it first came out. Numerous people reacted this way. But you have some nerve to cast stones after some of the crap u posted. I amended my post. You have countless others that you should do the same.A few questions.
1) How old are you?
2) Did you actually go to Pitt or not, did you actually go to college?
3) What is your occupation?
Because I am dying to know the background of some of you who sit around and think up the most childish and ludicrous of questions.
Disagree. Haywood wear hired because we had no money to give so there were practically no options. No it isn't. Not even close. If Stallings would come in here next year and win big, and leave, I don't know if I can even blame him. With the way he has been received and treated by Pitt fans.

I talked to Donavan Jeters dad, he said he wants Donavan to go to Ohio St, I did ask Donavan himself but he didn't answer me, just smiledjeter will be coming our way.
any info is nothing but pure speculation until it's confirmed by his pizza delivery driver..I saw his barber the other day and he is telling me something different

yeah but one is a 3 star.. Also, look at tosu's past two classes, they only have 3 total DTs from the '15 and '16 class, combined.. Of course they have quite a few DEs signed and some of them are big boys 290+..Interesting - especially since Ohio S. already has verbal commitments from two DTs...
Go Pitt.
I really did talk to his dad and that's exactly what he told me, that he wants Donavan to go to OSU, see they're from beaver falls pa. Not Hollywood, one could actually run to someone somewhere. If he's not like Sanders Donavan will go where he wants not where his parent wants him to goInteresting - especially since Ohio S. already has verbal commitments from two DTs...
Go Pitt.
Because they went cheap. It wasn't that they didn't have any money. Haywood was so bad, they had to spend decent money and pull someone. Of course that worked out terribly, too.If we had no money to give, how is it that after Haywood was fired we were able to pony up to hire Todd Graham? Did Pitt hit the lottery in that two-week period?
By the way jripper88, are you only posting on this board now? I've missed your posts on the premium football board, especially your inside knowledge of NJ.
One of whom is Joey Bosa's brother.yeah but one is a 3 star.. Also, look at tosu's past two classes, they only have 3 total DTs from the '15 and '16 class, combined.. Of course they have quite a few DEs signed and some of them are big boys 290+..

WHat the hell is up with tosu's recruiting.. in '14 they signed 23, in '15, they signed 27 players, last year they signed 25. in '17, they already have 13.. Im sure one or two of these guys didn't make it to campus but still, how many freakin ships do they have? That's 88 right here, not taking into consideration any redshirt juniors or seniors.. I know some guys leave early and some transfer out but I demand an NCAA investigation into this.. I'm sending emails now, i'll let you know when the ncaa stops what they are doing to appease me..
