Don't be surprised if UNC beats Duke on Saturday

As good as we have been in the Dean Dome, UNC has been pretty good in Cameron in recent seasons.

If I was a betting man...hell, who am I kidding,I AM a betting man.... I am taking UNC on the moneyline on Saturday....don't need the points.

Pitt hardened them up and pissed them off. I think they take it to Duke on Saturday.

And that's the result Pitt fans should want. We own tiebreaker with UNC and Duke owns tiebreaker with us. We want more Duke losses so they don't catch us if we slip up in a game or two. We effectively have a 2 game lead on UNC.

I also think it helps Pitt on the computers if UNC wins. Yes we lost to Duke, but only played them once. We want more wins for UNC.

I will be at McKale watching UA take on Oregon State so will it be a problem if I am surprised when score is announced but I am reacting to a play I am watching in person. Just kidding. Would not at all be surprised if Carolina whoops Duke.

We are in Apache Junction. Right off of the 60. The Pitt Alumni Group here in the Phoenix area usually gathers for football game watches; none so far this year for basketball, but now that the team is relevant again maybe they will as tournament season starts. I'm a '74 CAS grad. You?

Carolina is 51-55 all-time at Duke. Why would anybody be surprised if they win Saturday?

Yeah, I wish there was an alumni group in Tucson. We moved here in June 2021. I am a 1984 Chemical Engineering grad.

50-50 – was Coach K’s overall record against the Tar Heels.
