There looks to be something there. This is his 3rd ever start in D1 football, and he has a bad team around him.

Sorry, but I am blaming cignetti and his terrible offense. Playing conservative football for two years now, TWO YEARS! He is a terrible OC and runs a high school based offense. It's 2023 and Pitt is playing football like they did back in the 1980's. It is truly very hard to watch Pitt play a football game. cignetti needs to be gone at the endof the year, that is a must. If Narduzzi (whom I like) doesn't agree then he can go as well.
The Pitt football program has a very dull, slow paced, ultra-conservative offensive approach. They will absolutely get hammered by any of the Top 10 teams. Come ot think of it, if lyke doesn't see it either, then she can go as well.

Completely agree. If you're blaming the loss on that one very bad call, you're making excuses for a very bad Pitt performance and team. That one bad call or any amount of bad calls didn't lose that game for Pitt.

2. Fan apathy
3. Institutional emphasis on non-revenue sports
