He can pull the trigger but the gun won't be loaded till he throws for the new OC. And he can't do that for another 8 days or so.

Poles are Catholics too, and ND has had many Poles playing for them over the years.

Thanks. I didn't know that. Being I live in a town where one of the MANY Catholic churches still did at least one mass in Polish up until a few years ago.
