I was just perusing a star slideshow of the recent arrests in a heroin distribution ring and noticed one of the arrested was an Andrew Carswell, 25, from McKee's Rocks. Unfortunately his mugshot looked or pretty similar to Drew's latest Pitt bio pic. Anyone have any info?

Unfortunately, there are a lot of lost souls in McKees Rocks. The heroin epidemic is terrifying. It's cheap and it is absolutely everywhere.
