....present problems w/ their shooting & by how well they compliment each other. I hope I am wrong & our guard play takes a big step forward. But either way we will be facing a very much improved Duquesne basketball program.
This is a game that will look much better as the season goes on. We are a very vulnerable team given the uncertainty of who is that player to step into a leadership role from the 2 guard. It's getting to the point that we need to find someone who is reliable from game to game. That player needs to take on more responsibility, leadership & pressure from teammates on the floor.
Trying to guess who that player is from game to game is no way to progress as a team going forward. We better not take this game too lightly because it could very easily get away from us.
