Anyone else watching the segment on Ed Cooley before the game. What a great man, walking around campus saying hello to everyone. Makes everyone feel important. Great personality!

Nice piece, seems like a good guy, but the cameras were rolling when he was doing that.
Rex Chapman looks like a clown and Seth Davis is a jagoff. I’m hoping a fight a breaks out between those two.
So the opposite of Roy Williams?

A total bore in the studio
When they first started these stupid first four games they used the top CBS crew on some of the games and some of the top studio guys on both nights. Now we get the D team in the studio and the Q team calling the games.
The most interesting thing about Rex is seeing what goofy looking outfit he decided to wear.
Rex may be the MVP of Twitter but man it doesn't translate to the studio. He talks so slow, its hard to watch.
I think Davis does a decent and credible job. Rex is a lame announcer but a funny dude otherwise, and I’ve always had a soft spot for him. what a talent he was back in my day. Saw him up close in the 1986 McDonalds AA game in Detroit where he won the dunk contest in an absolutely loaded field. Best and most impressive player in that game full of future college and NBA stars was Derrick Coleman and it wasn’t really even close.
I like Lav as an announcer. Seems like he’s lost a couple clicks on his fastball these days though.
