Anyone know the announced attendance?
It seriously looked like Heinz field. Upper level sections completely empty; lower sections spotty. I know it's 9:00 but it's also against the #11 team and the only good home nonconference game.
The Zoo was UNBELIEVABLE! You would have thought that the place was sold out, they were that loud. Really made up for an empty arena. Whoever is in charge this year has done a much better job compared to last year. Everything seems more coordinated and in unison.
I split season tickets with my buddy. We both have 2 young kids so it's really hard to get to all of the games. We split up the nonconference games and sell the tickets we can't use. For the 2 games prior to last night, it took forever to find people to use them and who actually wanted them. We kept talking about how it was the hottest ticket in the city and everyone would jump at the chance to go see the team, even against sister mary of the poor. The mediocrity is really catching up.
