WOW.....................!!!

TOP TEN ALL-PROS:
Pittsburgh

The Panthers boast five All-Pros out of 38 selections during this time frame: Larry Fitzgerald, Darrelle Revis, LeSean McCoy, Aaron Donald and Andy Lee. McCoy and Lee weren't even first-rounders! Incredibly, nearly one in four Miami picks in this span reached a Pro Bowl. UCF (Brandon Marshall, Josh Sitton, Asante Samuel) is no slouch either.

Biggest NFL Draft Busts For All 32 NFL Teams 2017 Article:

PENN STATE STUDS BUT NFL DUDS!
Matt Millen made a lot of bad picks, but Charles Rogers was the worst!

Buffalo:
PENN STATE: AARON MAYBIN:
Aaron Maybin, DE, 11th overall, 2009: Maybin was listed at just 237 pounds, and he never developed into the pass-rushing force the Bills had hoped. He played two seasons in Buffalo and started only once. He didn't record a sack with the Bills, but had six with the Jets in 2011, his next-to-last year in the league.

Chicago:
PENN STATE: Curtis Enis*
Cade McNown, QB, 12th overall, 1999: McNown was sandwiched between two other busts -- Curtis Enis*, taken fifth overall in 1998, and David Terrell, taken eighth overall in 2001. He lasted two seasons, starting 15 games and winning just three times.

Cincinnati Bengals:
PENN STATE: KI-JANA CARTER
Ki-Jana Carter, RB, first overall, 1995: It might be unfair to call Carter a bust, but he was certainly unlucky. He suffered a serious knee injury on the third carry of his first preseason game and missed all of 1995. In 1998, he was limited to just one game because of a wrist injury, and a year later, he played in three games before a dislocated knee ended his season. In four years with the Bengals, Carter rushed for more than 100 yards exactly one time.

New York Jets:
PENN STATE: KYLE BRADY
Kyle Brady, TE, ninth overall, 1995: There are any number of options to chose from but the Jets selected Brady, who showed little production in college, ahead of Warren Sapp and Derrick Brooks, both of whom are Hall of Famers. Other contenders for biggest Jets bust include Vernon Gholston (sixtth overall, 2009), Kyle Wilson (19th, 2010), Quinton Coples (16th, 2012) and Dee Milliner (ninth, 2013). Gholston, it should be noted, didn't register a single sack in his three-year NFL career.

Kansas City Chiefs:
PITT: JON BALDWIN
Jon Baldwin, WR, 26th overall, 2011: Baldwin lasted just two years in Kansas City, and the Chiefs thought so little of him that they shipped him to San Francisco for the 49ers' draft bust, wideout A.J. Jenkins. Before the '11 draft, Bill Belichick compared Baldwin to Julio Jones. Hey, even geniuses make mistakes.

(Everyone told Jon to stay another year?)

Somehow, Pitt needs to sell and capitalize this. I once was laughed at by Nitters comparing Pitt football to an Ivy League school. What I meant by that, you graduate from an Ivy League school, you usually get the best jobs, be successful. There are schools that are more attractive, better weather, better looking co eds, but you go to these schools to be prepared for your future, to best prepare you and put your in the best route to succeed. For whatever reason, for the NFL, Pitt is one of those schools. So you can talk all you want about attendance at games and being worshipped while you are there, at the end of the day, are you going to get paid playing the game, and are you going to get paid alot.

At Pitt, they can answer this affirmatively as well as anyone.

The reality is that this data matters little to recruits. A 4 star athlete isn't going to chose Pitt over Ohio State or Clemson because of that chart.

There are various aspects of success and failures of every Football Program, University, Alumni, Players, Coaches, NCS, Wins, Attendance, Recruiting, Summer Camps, Graduation Rates, NFL Drafts and Awards in CFB & PRO Football. They will divide up Accomplishments of Autumn in what they choose to recognize and ignore and then mock other Programs and cry when it comes back on them.

For some reason Penn Staters will trash other Programs and then expect all to respect Penn State? One can't gain respect without giving respect. Paterno's Legacy of Ashes taught them that until it all came back on him and them.

The reality is that this data matters little to recruits. A 4 star athlete isn't going to chose Pitt over Ohio State or Clemson because of that chart.
One way to look at it but that can change too. Great Coaches build Programs with many factors but Great Coaching builds Recruits into Great Players and Pitt has proven that every Decade, the key is to Rebuild the program so more Recruits do come and form Higher Winning Teams, and that attract and still helps Pitt Beat Clemson like Pitt did this year.

It begins by finding the Right Coaches and Right People that Find, Coach Up, and Produce those Recruits into Better Teams. The belief it can't happen at PITT when it has happen at PITT is not accurate either. Teams, Programs, and Coaches go up and down every Decade!

I'd trade all that for a couple New Years Day bowls, top 10 rankings and 10 win seasons.
Can't change the past nor trade for it, the reality of acceptance that Pitt still ranks in Top 25 Wins and Higher with Players Awards is a reality too, as well as, that it did both in certain Era is even further reality that needs no trades.

The focus now with ACC Income can go back to the tasks of doing both and making Pitt a Top 25 Program, winning ACC Coastal and ACC, playing in New Years Bowls and CFB Playoffs Invites, and still produce Top Recruits & Players Records in NCAA and NFL does not need to be Trade but Goals again. Pitt did it is other Eras and can do it again!

If Clemson did it so can Pitt!

Good Link From Peak Proving It Can Be Done Just Need More Players For Pitt:
Excerpt:
As AJ Davis approached the final stretch in his recruitment in January, he focused on some key factors that mattered. He wanted a chance to play. He wanted a school where he felt like he was home. And, perhaps most importantly, he wanted a coaching staff that truly wanted him. Pitt checked all the boxes...............
