So I recently found out that my wife made plans for Saturday that I supposedly have to be at from 1-4. This is obviously a problem in regards to the Pitt game on Saturday. Does anyone know when the re-air becomes available on watch ESPN or ESPN3 (whatever they are calling the on-line streaming service now)? I think I can go radio silent until 7-8, but it would be really tough to not hear the score until Sunday if that is when it becomes available. Any info on this would help, because if I can, I'd prefer to watch the game, but if the re-air doesn't show up until Sunday, I'll have to make do checking the scores/watching parts on my phone (which is horrible). Thanks in advance if anyone can help out.

The biggest unanswered question here would be why is this woman still your wife?

Honestly, I would rather stab my eyes with hot pokers than go to this game. I have zero interest in listening to zombified joebots drone on and on about unfair sanctions and Joe's victimization. Honestly I don't know is worse, having to listen to the cultists, or having to listen to Trump zealots.

I'd tell her how much you liked being with her, it was a good run, wish her luck going forward and watch the game..

Its usually 10-15 minutes after the game ends. However, if you log on at 3:45, you run the risk of seeing a live game in a 2nd OT. So, I'd wait until 4:30 just to be absolutely sure.

The other thing I absolutely HATE about ESPN3 is the little bar at the bottom shows you how long the game will be. So, if its 2:55, you know its probably a low-scoring game with a lot of running. If its 3:40, you know there's a good chance it went into OT.

If you get to the final drive and PSU has the ball down 7 but there's only 2 minutes left on the stream, you know either Pitt won or PSU scored, went for 2 and won because there's not enough time on the stream to account for OT.

Do you really think that is going to happen as you sit in your seat and watch a football game at Heinz?

If this game was being played say six or seven years ago, that would pretty much be my actions. But now, with the whole little systematic raping of children and cover-up thing, I can honestly say that I hope, for the foreseeable future, that we never play PSU in any sport, and associate with them as little as humanly possible. I have two small children, and what has happened up there I now look at from a totally different perspective.

I believe there will be a replay on root sports at 9:00 pm on Sunday

Yes I do. Every time that ND comes into town, I have to listen to their sanctimonious non-alumni fans. I have also had to listen to redneck drivel at the FSU game, and obnoxious bandwagoners every time we play Miami. To not think that you are going to have to put up with Joebots on Saturday is laughable, no matter where you sit.

I don't think you can watch the re-air with your balls in her purse.......

Exactly - here are the only acceptable reasons to miss going to or watching this game:

1. Wedding of an immediate (and completely disrespectful not consulting the Pitt schedule) family member. I'm talking brother, sister, child, grandchild or mother/father getting remarried. That is it.

2. Kids sporting event - you have the rest of your life to watch Pitt play and only a precious decade or so to watch your kids. Unless your kids sucks at sports, then you are doing him or her a favor by not going.

3. Death of an immediate (and disrespectful for dying before the big game) family member.

No other reason is acceptable. Not work (you can call in sick), not sick (hospitals have TVs), and not to rake leaves (they haven't even fallen yet). And certainly not due to being cuckold.

Dropped cable several years back, so unfortunately it's gotta be the ESPN3 route, I think.

I also still have a VCR/DVD recorder that is about 5 years old, comes in handy sometimes. Those machines are obsolete, but it would have come in handy if you still had one.

Well? yeah... I hope it's something IMPORTANT and not just going to the mall to pick out floor tiles? LOL.

Yea, um, about that. If you dont have cable, you more than likely dont have ESPN3. You better test ESPN3 now.

The game is on ESPN so search the Clemon Auburn game (which was also on ESPN). If ESPN3 lets you watch that replay, you should be able to watch the Pitt replay.

Whatever, I guess that I'm an inferior fan, since I didn't plan my entire year around hanging out with a bunch of pedofile enablers. You got me, and are a superior human being for it.

I have ESPN3, well I don't have it per se, I use a buddies login.

Wait, are you saying that you would go to this game over THE CATALINA WINE MIXER? This is the F**king CATALINA WINE MIXER. You just can't pass that up.

We're just screwing with you. No need to get testy. :)

I have the same problem wifes company's picnic is on saturday. I thought about opting out, would be a fight but I could get out of it, but everytime I do that to watch Pitt they lose so in the interest of not jinxing pitt I decided to bite the bullet and go to the picnic and dvr the game. Just hoping/praying I don't hear the score or comments about the game. Going to be tough, going to turn off my phone/

Depends where you live, I live near Baltimore and often DVR noon games, and would never hear a thing as long as I stay off Facebook and not read texts from Pgh people.

You need a course in Wife Management. My wife has known not to make plans for tomorrow for at least a year :)

BTN Network most likely on Sunday possibly one other time. ESPNU may also show it.

Get a set of balls son. Heinz Field - Noon. Be There

I believe BTN shows rebroadcasts of ESPN games I know they did this week. However I could be wrong

I don't see it listed at anytime on the Big Ten network. The two replays that the on screen listings show is the one on Root at 9:00 Sunday night and one on ESPNU at 1:30 AM Tuesday morning.

1st sign you are whipped:

1) You miss a big game for any non health related reason! Tell her you are going out for beer and get your ass to the game!
