I think Collins had done about as well as you can expect at Northwestern. That's a tough job.

It's funny. Johnny Dawkins was "meh" at Stanford, went to one NCAA Tourney when they were a regular the previous 20 years. He has been as anyone could expect at UCF.

Tommy Amaker was mediocre at Seton Hall and somehow parlayed that unto the Michigan job where he was mediocre there. He has been decent at Harvard however.

It definitely has that "Belichick" like feel to K's assistants. And we got Romeo Crenel.
