Haven't paid much attention other than hearing Elon is paying $100 per citizen to vote R again. My thinking was that that having an R majority Supreme Court will help overturn a 2028 election but Elon said in the rally it decides the US House of Representatives. Huh? What am I missing?

If the Dems win. Supposedly they will redraw districts to their favor and gain 2 house seats. Not sure of how many seats they need to flip it but it may change it to Dem control.

Ok thanks. So, my guess is that the current districts are gerry-mandered with crazy lines and borders drawn to R's favor?

That doesn't talk about the weird lines that Republicans draw on the map. Remember the effed-up lines in PA? I know nothing about Wisconsin districts but I looked up the map and the county that Milwaukee is split into 4 districts with some crazy zig-zag lines. Just a total guess that if the lines were drawn evenly, there would be more Dem house seats. This is what Republicans do. They cheat.

I saw an interview today where it was said that despite Wisconsin being the most purple state in the US, 6 of 8 congressional districts are solidly red. You could say that's because Milwaukee and Madison are the only blue areas and while that's true, most Wisconsinites live in or near those cities. So, I am assuming that lines were drawn to carve up Madison and Milwaukee in a way where Dem neighborhoods were placed into several solidly red districts.

Here is Oregon. The extremely liberal city of Portland has its voters split among 4 districts. Guess how many districts and which are Republican.

The total US House vote was 53% Dem and 42% GOP.

WI is one of the most absurdly gerrymandered states. It's also one of the least democratic states for how difficult they have made voting in certain locations.

Frankly, it's a joke.

As Steve Bannon said, the fewer amount of people voting, the better. I gotta say, at least he's honest. I've grown to at least respect that.
