Capel should go George Costanza mode and do the opposite of what his every instinct is. At some point, you have to realize that you have no idea what it takes to be a successful coach.
I thought maybe it was for telling Capel that he's a terrible coach. Maybe being late was his mode of communicating that message. H2P
And i'd argue we definitely fell apart as this season got deeper.
The team looks like they don't care........ the Hallmark of a Capel season.......

It’s amazing that he pouts and put his face in his hands 50 times a game as if he thinks it’s the players fault that he doesn’t know how to coach
