Arsenal Wenger, who works for FIFA now, is proposing that the offside rule be changed so that you can only be offside if you are a full body ahead of the last defender. No more goals called off due to an eyelash being in front of the last defender. This would be great news if it becomes official.

That’s old news. I actually am surprised that the rule wasn’t changed yet. I thought it was being adopted a year or two ago. Glad Arsenal Bender is catching up though.
Of course it will lead to endless debates over whether a player was a full body length ahead of the defender or only 7/8 of a body length.
