I think it's just saying under Capel.

But I'm surprised this team was only 32 spots better than that one. I guess it goes to show how much weaker the competition was this past season.

Yeah, that Stallings team oddly did OK non conference for a train wreck (8-5 though with, for example, a nail biter against 4-28 Delaware State.) This team was 5-6 out of conference.

The Citadel ended up 6-12 in the SoCon. Man what a bad blowout loss that was.
