Immediately "Going Clear" came to mind.....everything that's been pointed out regarding the insular self absorbed tone deafness is proudly on display.....and before any nit complains about it being "unfair" the Paternos got plenty of time in it....its just we at they say is just more LRon Hubbard nonsense...or crying over things like Paterno not being able to coach the Nebraska game...yes actual tears....Jay and Sue are particularly embarassing...

The one "student" they keep going back to was also frighteningly out to lunch....complaining about a moment of silence....at times attemping to say the "right things" ...but they all feel hollow....I can only imagine what these zombies say off camera....didn't seem very bright at all...probably eats lightbulbs as a hobby....

Ron Cook in his article today on Lebron somehow managed to fold in 3 paragraphs on how "the healing has begun" in regards to the PSU game after the Sandusky charges and Paterno firing. I am not kidding. The cult is deep.

Recruits, I would have never even read the article had you not mentioned this. The title of the article lead you to believe that Cook wanted to write about Lebron and racial turmoil in Cleveland. Instead the article spent most of the time talking about how the PSU community rallied around football. Makes you wonder how many other articles he writes and puts Penn State into them.

Headline: "Cutch gives batting gloves to kids."
Article: "Last night Cutch gave his batting gloves to kids sitting in center field. Just like Cutch, THON gives money to kids battling cancer..."

Headline: "Sepp Blatter reelected FIFA President."
Article: "Disgraced and corrupt Blatter needs to be replaced. Similarly, Louis Freeh and Mark Emmet need to walk the plank...."

I don't read Ron Cook anymore, but the Penn State Football program has in fact moved on, in spite of some of the Penn State CULTists and the Paterno's are still after some kind of Justice to restore their reputations.....that will never happen. The Paterno's and their misguided twisted Penn State Culture Fans still will have to accept, explain, and know that Paterno brought shame to Penn State's Name, just as they said they should not do it in their Alma Mater.

It was not the Trustees, Freeh, NCAA, and everyone they blame, it was PSU Alumnus, Coach, and Professor Sandusky enabled and covered by Paterno, Spanier, Curley, and Schultz!

Good Penn State Fans and Alumnus like Cruise 66, CDW, DemoLion and many others know it to be true, and are attacked for saying some of the same things on BWI. The very best Posters on BWI are actually vilified on BWI and this in itself shows what Paterno did wrong at Penn State even if he did many things so right as well.

I used to say I would have loved to have had Joe Paterno do for Pitt as he did for building the Penn State Football program into a Top 10 Program and Top 10 Wins, but I do not say that anymore, because the shame he helped bring to Penn State, and ignored Disadvantaged Children and Paterno admitted and cried about that knowing it was on him too and his legacy.

If anyone Penn State Cultists ever says I am would rather a Top 10 Program at Penn State knowing it was built by many children well over 30 over 40 years being molested in the process and progress of the program, well, that is on them, reveals their moral turpitude, and reflects on their bankrupted vales, and that is never going to be changed or lived down, any time soon.

The Penn State Football Program has moved on and now in full compliance still under an NCAA Monitor and the Paterno's & Cultists are still suing and fuming and the sad fact they can't change history on what happen under Paterno too. They are upset Paterno was part of it and cannot admit it, and know he brought shame to Penn State name!

Penn State Spin, Beliefs, and Outrage can't change it either and they blame other Penn Staters that admit it and had to change it??? Showing it was Total Penn State Scandal from the day they hired, retired, and honored Sandusky and remained silence, destroyed evidence and later lied about it!

By "moved on" you mean pretends it never happened, correct?

Classic example of cult, what more evidence do yo need. I mean football does not dictate the moral fiber of my existence like these bots have subscribed to.

Is this documentary on line somewhere?

No, the Trustees that took over actually corrected every problem uncovered by Freeh and implemented 116 of 119 Freeh's Reforms and accepted the Sanctions.

The Penn State Community is still divided and pointing fingers at each other, and cannot erase that it did happen, no matter how many want to blame others, all fingers still point at Penn State on College Football Worst Scandal In History.

Like anything, time moves on and so does the Program once the University took the steps to find out what happen, put in reforms, and was credited for doing a good job by the NCAA Monitor that is still there by the way?

It is my opinion, the NCAA and Big Ten cared more about the money now in College Football and the loss of revenues. If this happen in the 1970-80s, the Death Penalty would have been put in place as PSU was an Independent!

Ron Cook neither has the will, smarts, nor guts to ever write an article like that, in my opinion!

Cook is like the Manchurian Candidate: a Nit "plant" who works for the Pitt flagship station.

I view anything and everything said or written by the paterno's on this issue to be akin to practicing a closing argument before jury...except that the P's are honing their message to God.
Good luck with that...merciful or not, my vision of the hereafter has never included God as being a fool.

man... You just made me watch some of that... I cant watch anymore. I literally had no idea what a crazy insane place Penn State was until I saw that. That is scary stuff. I mean, wow... I dont think I would let my kids attend school there even if they had a scholarship.

I am literally shocked.

Just watched it. It's the source of the clips showing a very tiny geriatric man holding the sign calling Paterno a liar getting pushed around by brave PSU fans. Grown adults, mind you.

Okay, I watched this thing. It was certainly NOT a propaganda film in any way......it just reported the scene, the atmosphere, and the differing view points. I thought it was well done, fair and balanced (please do not shoot me for using that term).

Some takeaways.

1) The PSU student who was interviewed throughout who was obnoxious and basically saying "screw the victims and the crime, we want to watch PSU football", while sounding like a moron and idiot throughout, was probably the most single honest interview.

2) SuePa. My god. She effing lives in fantasy land. Wow. She is simply out there, the "Camelot" (and she used that exact term) was a complete sham.

3) JayPa comes across as a complete doosh.

4) Love the old guy in a PSU hat photobombing all the people at the JoePa statue with the "Pedophile Enabler" paper sign. Just friggin hilarious exchanges.

5) The constant refrain of the PSU fans blaming the media for their intrusion of "Camelot", and blaming the messengers for anyone there reporting what is going on. The irony here, is the culture of silence is what got them to this point. Again, just don't get it.

6) Football....my god, it is a game but it is big business. If say, Monsanto who built a plant in State College and dumped chemicals and killed people and caused raised cancer rates, even though it employed people, brought in a lot of money, would the reaction from the general public be as supportive to Monsanto? I think not.

7) The narrative of the JoePa author (forget his name) about the "next one" filling in, and understanding why Bill O'Brien left Penn State. He just wanted to be a football coach, not the moral compass and arbiter of all that happens at Penn State as was bestowed upon Joe Paterno. Again, the deification of a football coach to be essentially the Pope of the Penn State religion is just purely frightening.

8) The "85% Graduation Rate, Same As Stanford" sign and chants, come on Nitters. Not many Parks and Rec majors at Stanford or Duke.

9) The attorney at State College who reps at least one of the victims, almost incredulous as to how the community reacted.

10) Just how swarmy Jerry was. They knew, they all knew. That was obvious. They may have chosen not to really believe how deep it was...but they knew, everyone knew.

11) Matt Sandusky. Jesus........

You guys talked me into watching this tonight. Wow. Disturbing on so many levels. I know the cult constantly discredits matt Sandusky, but I could find myself believing him. The riots were crazy, but nothing compares to the student talking about football over the victims. I would like to give him a pass for being young and dumb, but too many of the happy valley community feels the same way

Oh Matt Sandusky was very believable....considering the avalance of other victims I don't doubt the guy at all.....Sandusky with his creepy smile talking to the reporter...he thought he would dodge it again....I can't remember the name of the guy with glasses, curly hair but that dude was spot on in his assessments...as was the biographer in outlining how all the stupid "St Joe" crap got started... SuePa and the Camelot stuff was embarassing and cringeworthy....the "student" I could never make excuses for...he was idiotic...if that happened at my school I would have dumped any hero worship over a sport for my team like a bad habit....this kid's "force field of duncery" was completely impenetrable....

I was really thinking about this a lot today because it actually bothers me that in 2015 we haven't advanced as much as we should have.

Two points: the first BOB practice sounded cool as it seemed like some in the community just wanted to show up and support the team. But viewing how many were there ("hey boss, taking tomorrow off to stand outside a football practice") and their faces of pure ecstacy as 21 year Olds walked to the field, well it seemed really creepy.

The 2nd thing that probably disturbed me the most were the video clips of Sandusky playing with the 2nd mile kids, but what gave me chills was his laugh. Anyone that giggles like a child and is a grown man???? Come on. I don't buy for one second that he "tricked" everyone like that jim clemente states. He comes across immediately as a pedophile. Giggling during a water balloon fight was such a dead give away

Jerry around those 2nd Mile Kids looked like Al Bundy having having a pillow fight in a sorority house.
For thsoe who haven't seen it, there's literally clips of a half-naked Jerry squeeling with delight as a bunch of half naked little boys climb all over him in the swimming pool. Tough to watch.

And if you're wondering why people gave him the benefit of the doubt instead of thinking he was weird and needed to be spoken to, just wait til you get to the part about the fans. They look like the teenage girls shrieking during a boy band concert when they're around the players. There's literally grown men who can't help but reach out and touch them. There's a little pipsqueak student whose walls are covered in the images of his classmates who are on the football team lol. Blue and White, floor to ceiling. Honestly, at what point do you start questioning your status as a man?

That place is fkn Mars, I don't care what anyone says.

I want a t-shirt with a picture of PSU embossed over the above statement. Love that comment.
