Nikolas Ognenovic was confident that his visit to Pitt on Thursday would be a good one, and he wasn’t disappointed.
“I knew going up here that I would love it because I really liked Pitt before I got the offer, and when I got it, I was super ecstatic,” Ognenovic told Panther-Lair.com. “What blew me away on the visit was the academics; I want to major in engineering and when I went on the engineering tour - wow, I was blown away.
“The visit was really amazing, truly amazing. Tremendous. The relationships I’ve been building with Coach (Tim) Salem, Coach (Pat) Narduzzi and Coach (Charlie) Partridge - as soon as I got there, it felt like I was wanted, like I was needed, like I was family.”
