To say Pitt’s an undisciplined football team is an understatement ,
We’re Tied for 74th with 17 turnovers (8 fumbles 9 ints)
We’re Tied for 93rd in turnover margin (-4)
We’re 123rd in total penalties with 94 for 833 yds
We lead the nation in dropped passes.
God only knows how many missed assignments?

It’s actually pretty impressive that we managed 7 wins with these numbers.
To talk about mistakes week after week is one thing, but to correct them is an entirely different subject. The fact that we seem incapable of correcting our discipline related issues is a very serious concern.

There is an awful lot I like about Pat Narduzzi ,and the university really seems to be putting the resources behind the football program. However, The lack of discipline this team shows is directly on him. These discipline related issues are correctable , but unless Pat demands more discipline of his players, by holding them accountable for these endless mistakes, I’m afraid we won’t progress beyond 7 wins.
