Football Recruiting West of the Mississippi ?

Admire The effort of the staff trying to open up new recruiting turf but other than an occasional signing is it worth it or should the staff put more resources and time into areas that you are more realistic to get a committment from like The southeast coast and states like Maryland,NJ, Ohio and the Philly area.Even the midwest might be in play more then the southwestern and western states. Thoughts,
