Forecasting 2018 Captains?

Interested in hearing the Board's take on who might/should be captains for the upcoming season. Is the process simply a vote by the team --- and how much influence do the coaches have (other than "counting" the votes of course)?

Names that quickly come to mind are: Aston and Bookser on offense --- and two from the mix of Wirginis/Idowu/Jackson/Roy on defense.
