Seems the biggest difference between this team and so many of our good Pitt teams is down the stretch, our team always was clutch, often shooting better during the end of the game then their average. This year is the opposite, these guys freeze up and shoot miserably down the stretch.

It was bad today but for the season we haven’t had a ton of clutch shooting opportunities anyways. Foul shooting is not high on the list of this teams problems overall but it was today.

was a difference maker since ncsu was making theirs
All shots cost them points not just the ones at the foul line. We went from about the 8 minute mark up until the Toney corner 3 without making a damn shot. That was even more of a factor than the free throws.
