Franco Harris on 93.7

In the car and unfortunately am catching Andrew Filliponi try to suck up to Franco Harris in what I assume some would call an interview.

My only question is...does Franco Harris have some kind of health issue going on? He almost sounds incoherent. Kind of sad really.
