I don't know, Franco was never one to seek contact. He might have twisted his ankle stepping out of bounds on occasion, but I don't think he was ever in terrible risk of getting multiple concussions.

He went out of bounds so much my neighbor when we were kids constantly made fun of him...we were kids playing pick up football ( he later went to PSU btw)...but even as kids we made fun of that trait...he was no Jim Brown or even Bettis...
