So, there are some intriguing games on Monday to watch. Unfortunately most of America will be at work for many of them. The switch in days was a horrible idea.

I found both on Friday and on Saturday, the early games were meh. Blowouts and no real interest in watching. The evening games were mostly great. So, most working Americans didn’t really miss much during the time that is considered the work day.

So, after some intriguing first round match ups you get really intrigued to see what that high seed can do in the second game. You miss Iowa. You miss Gonzaga. You likely miss the first half of a really intriguing UCLA-Ab Christian game. Imagine how great today would be if all of tomorrow’s games were available for most Americans to watch in leisure.

Truly hope the NCAA goes back to the standard viewing pattern because this one just doesn’t make any sense beyond some low level Covid concerns for ensuring teams are in Indy in time.

That UCLA/Abilene Christian game sets up as a real slugfest, seeing a total of around 133.5, which seems a little high to me.

I said it before, it is much easier to prepare (and resume work ) by taking off Thur./Fri than Fri./Mon. in most of the jobs I have had, probably of all them.

Definitely agree with that. In my case it was just assumed I wouldn’t be there whatever days it fell on, but I did have to do more switching around schedule-wise for Friday/Monday.
