Unfortunately, the team doesn't have the talent, athleticism, or basketball skills to do what he coaches them to do.
This has become a pattern. Capel and this staff are the problem.

13 years ago a little fire cracker. Blake Griffin got him to the tournament. Every team he has led since, has never even seen a bubble. 13 wins, 13 wins, 14 wins, 16 wins, 10 wins, 11 wins. Remember power 5 should grant you 8-10 pre conference gimmes. Yet never even hit 500.
He’s the worst HC in Power 5 basketball.

He wasn't making excuses. First 40 seconds of his interview was telling us how good Miami was. That itself is a great reason to lose a game.
The game plan was awful. On a whole, UM is not a good rebounding team, nor are they good on Defense. Yes, they have great guards, but this was one game to really have Hugley go off before Duke. Same old same old from the staff.

6-14 was the win number at the begining of the season and we wont grab another win this year. About to be 14th place in the ACC. In year 4!

I had them at 5-15 after the losses to Citadel and UMBC.
The UNC game surprised me. UNC looking past us, they play little defense and Horton hot.
We beat Syracuse and NC State.
Louisville had checked out on Mack,
FSU was decimated.
The BC Coached coached like a moron in Game One.
One would think the team would be willing and able to play a good team game coming off a 3 game winning streak. I suppose not.

same as no recruits for next class and no impact ones from last class
Burton for one. Selfish one-on-one stuff when clearly there was an open 3 attempt with a simple pass.- you know - like every other team does against Pitt. He has something to offer, but man, he looks uncoachable at times.
