Both of the are true....
1. Narduzzi has the program trending in the right direction. Talent level is up, team is young and recruiting is picking up.
2. He also has some serious limitations as a head coach - most especially game management and snap real time decisions that need to be made correctly (see yesterday’s fourth down debacle). He’s a less articulate version of Mike Tomlin in many ways.
Coupling #1 with #2 means that we ought to stay the course (as we’ve all seen what the alternative can be) but be prepared for continued less than optimal outcomes in certain games such as yesterday.
