FWIW, Gonzaga Board seems pessimistic about Sabonis

One poster seems to think sending him on a long plane ride to Japan is a bad idea given it's a back injury -- back contusion.

Gonzaga's board seems pretty active with pretty thoughtful posters.

Thanks for the link PittMBA and, yeah, this isn't a matter of a week to rest the back and probably play next Friday. Their flight leaves Tuesday as well and 15 hours or so on an airplane is not good for a bad back. My guess they will have to leave him at home. But, we will see.

I am just getting over a pretty bad back issue. No way I could have endured that type of trip. Leave the young man home to heal.

On that message board they are now saying that it looks like Sabonis is gonna make the trip.

So, we get to see if Dixon ends up with Artis or Jones trying to cover Wiltjer.
