Well, it's wasn't a work of art, but we'll gladly take the W. Some quick thoughts:
The good:
1. Peterman was on fire in the first half. Threw some darts and ran when needed. His best half of football so far.
2. Ollison ran hard as usual. Very nice effort by that young man.
3. Play calling was very good in the first half.
4. Defensive pressure was good in both halves.
Not so good:
1. Play calling in the second half was awful. Almost blew the game
2. Webb and Maddox were horrible all game long. I hope we see a real competition next year for those positions.
3. Louisville made nice halftime adjustments...Pitt, not so much.
4. RB's not named Ollison were invisible.
The big picture is that we're sitting at 8 wins, which is already one more then I expected. Narduzzi is the real deal.
