Well... would sure feel a lot better to catch today's action coming off a big W Thursday night, but we're Pitt fans so we can't have nice things.
That aside - what games interest everyone today? (Can ignore my rambling below and just share your thoughts if you want. I have nothing better to do today)
Clemson @ FSU is at the top of the list for me... I feel it'll be another close game that Clemson pulls out. Would be nice too if some way some how Pitt wins next week and at least has a shot at an undefeated Clemson - hey, gotta figure we're due to beat Miami like VT was due to beat us right? So that would spark something, and if NC State gave Clemson a scare we can too right? OK - probably wishful thinking.
Speaking of Miami, I want them to beat ND today. Love the idea of ND staying terrible this year - and don't like the idea of Miami coming into our game next week reeling.
Then there's our beloved Nits and Mountaineers. I love to think both of these teams are horribly overrated (does anyone think they really are the 24th and 10th best teams in the country?), but with how mediocre the FBS is this year (lets face it, it's like Alabama and then everyone else) maybe not so much. Curious to see how that WVU defense fares.
I want to think PSU will have a letdown game after last week, and I do think Purdue can at least cover the spread... but also think they're just too bad a team to actually win.
