sad end to his career. he would have gotten some time at Pitt this year. stupid move going to Cuse.
Some of these kids should just stay where they are at and finish their careers.

It makes more sense for a guy who's not playing to move down a level than for a guy to try to move up.
I don't think, but I guess Pitt sort of traded Nix for Boykins. I still think the big guy would have helped on the glass.

He would have been a huge help on the boards just because he took up space, plus, he had nice hands for a big guy.

No one knows what really happened with the Symons situation. I get the impression that the Acedemia said no then he went and got qualified.
I was hoping Nix would stay. Not only could have helped some down low. But he would have only been taking up a ship for 1 year. It's a ship we really need next year.
As this played out, not so sure he was coveted by the staff here either. Maybe I'm wrong.
Their first two games of the season he had five turnovers in 16 and 14 minutes. Which is, to put it mildly, awful.
Nix and Manigault are off to horrible starts - I did not want them to stay
Thompson and Simons - I wanted one of the two for sure
One-hundred percent of us would have taken those two over Nix/Manigault.
