I think we'll have another 20+ class.. We have 18 scholarship seniors to be. Maybe 1 or 2 of those guys aren't here in fall, that is still 15-16 scholarships.. Add the 1/2 dozen players that are gently nudged out and there you have it..Yeah ... Not feeling it with him.
Not being sour grapes, but they did a pretty good job on CBs in the last class, and with Loe in the pocket (presumably) it won't be a major blow if it does not work out with Wade.
I love Nards and believe in him and his staff, and this might be a smaller class, but it would be nice to get some more commits going.

Massive pressure by who? Parents hate Oakland and Clairton coaches argue with Pitt fans on social media
Agree,.coaching accounts a lot in a recruits decisionI believe Pitt will be it for Wade
From the 3 minute interview, definitely sounds like PSU is the leader. Very high on Tennessee.
Sounds kinda like OSU is out. Sounds like OSU moved on to other top CBs.
-A recruit will never admit who is leader is straight out, especially an Elite one. The first school out of Wades mouth in the second interview when asked about Pa schools was Pitt, not Penn State. Normally speaking if you know anything about reading people and body language, generally people blurb out what they like the most first, not second. That does not mean Wade is coming to Pitt 100%. It does mean he has very high interest, which was already known.Weird. I didn't listen to the interview. But your account is completely different than the OP's account. Which is hilarious. Now I am not doubting you (again I didn't and won't listen to this) but this shows in our society on how your own personal bias can completely misread things. Again, that is not aimed at you SMF, in fact I am more inclined to believe your take.
Don't forget about Miller. Holy Snikeys that's a great backfield! Can you imagine Whitehead, Ford, Hamlin and Wade in the D backfield? Yikes
I'd go as far to say that if he committed here, hed probably red shirtColeman should be a player as well. Would love for Wade to commit to Pitt, but the cupboard won't be empty without him.

It seems that people either overrate or underate the talent here when the truth is that it seems to go in cycles in the WPIAL, especially the past ten years or so...What happened to the theory that the WPIAL isn't a prime recruiting ground any more? Sure are a lot of kids from around the area that are getting a ton of national attention.

I think it's fair to say we are not as adept at analyzing body language as you are SMF.He spoke maybe 20 words about Pitt saying they stay in touch with them, their the hometown school, Tyler made it, so can he. Sounded kinda rehearsed. He spoke longer about PSU about how they have a plan for him when he gets there. I was trying to analyze body language and it just seemed he was more positive about PSU.
It really sounded like Urban realized he was in too tough a fight with PSU and Pitt and moved on. If he misses on some kids, he'll come back to Wade.
He pretty much said his decision will be based on where he can start and best fit. He will start at Pitt and PSU so it may come down to which DC and defensive philosophy he likes best.
I dont know anyone could have thought Pitt leads after hearing those interviews. Im not saying PSU is a lock but if you are judging who leads by those interviews, its clear that if anything, Pitt doesn't lead.

Pitt. He chooses Pitt

Agree, no Redshirt with that kind of talent. Ohio State really wants him too with WVU. The guy looks like Revis, Boyd, Whitehead, and Hamlin full of quiet confidence and focus and play multiple positions. No way. Not HCPNs makeup.

Don't think Penn State will be in the picture, Franklin on the Rocks and needs an Extension.
