i know Dixon is no Brad Stevens. But a great coach can maximize his players by having a system he sticks with, emphasizing defense, using analytics to create optimal lineups that he intentionally uses not tries in the fly like Dixob during games. Stevens is also a master play caller.
The reason I bring up Stevens is because we almost beat Butler, Stevens maximized his players like JD used to, and Dixon also used to stick with a philosophy and not deviate.
