Tremendous energy in the building. Felt like the old days in "The Big East." The "Zoo" brought their A game which was pretty obvious to all that attended.

Had to laugh at those that watched on ESPN and fixated on a few empty seats.

I watched the game on ESPN and was amazed by the noise in the building....the place must have been really rocking. In fact, occasionally it was hard to hear the commentary over the crowd noise!

I cruised over to the 'Cuse boards and they all commented about how surprising it was seeing so many students make it there while on break. They all said that wouldn't happen in Syracuse.

One unspoken reason for Cuse drawing so many fans is that the Carrier Dome is a haven for folks there to get away from having to look at Syracuse city and university.
It is so ugly, even Carrier left.

Great job from the Zoo and other Panther people! We were away and watched on TV and it looked really good onTV.
Lots of fans + the Zoo+ lots of standing cheering fans = noise at the Pete.
Not to mention the team looks really strong and doesn't get rattled! They'll get beat this season but it'll be hard to beat the Panthers this year!
