All I could think about was how I'd want to wrestle for Gavin. He's smart, level headed, and has credentials that add weight to his words. Parents will love him and wrestlers will respect him.

I don't know if the same could be said for Peters.

Peters is a great guy, but I think the staff was not on same page
I believed that showed through the team
I do believe Gavin will formulate a staff that are on the same page and will compliant each other
The excitement is already building on the team and potential candidates are coming in this week for first assistant
