Is it possible for PN to spin this loss into a positive recruiting message. Think about it......Hey young recruit, obviously Boyd is a stud local kid that has to practically carry this team. You clearly know Whitehead, the other local stud who has to play both ways and be top tackler and score two touchdown and be the star to move this team forward. All we need is for several of you local "412" recruits to commit and be the difference makers to push this program over the top. No question you will get early playing time....just look at the present young locals that PN leans on to try to bring home victories. You, my friend, could be the next difference maker here at Pitt, play early, be the next "stud" from the Burg and be part of something special here at Pitt. Look at those legends over there. Marino, Dorsett, Ditka, Fralic, Covert.....all want you to be the next super star to come out of Pitt. Follow them to the NFL through your Home Town Team. When can we count on your commitment to bring the western Pa talent together to show the Country, Pitt is it.
