I'm sure he thought Hugley was doing a Grayson Allen impersonation. Not what happened at all. Horrible call. The ref was the only guy trippin' there.

The Gueye no call was one of the worst I've ever seen. That gets called in elementary school basketball. However, Hugley's first fouls were the worst 2 foul combo I've ever seen.
