Shakir Soto is at the podium for a post game interview! I've been really down on him and probably rightfully so, but these coaches just know how to get the best out of these players. With that said, there's no more excuses to be had on Pitt home games from here on out... 55K or huge disappointment!
On another point: This offense is tailor made for Sanders (he would run wild).. made for Clark (bless his soul choosing Cuse).. George Hill would be a super replacement for Boyd next year or any combination of Winfree and/or Mathews. On defense: Pugh and Adams in the middle would be pretty stout next to the young backers who are redshirting. Throw in some hogs on the D-line like Wheeler, Gilbert flanked by great athletes in the secondary like Hamlin, Ford, Wade and this team can be quite scary for years to come! Really proud of Soto..
