There's very little to say about the game other than we're doing everything well (again running/scoring a lot more than the past 10 years, 50% FG, 6/9 threes, 12/3 assists/turnovers, Cornell shooting 21%) and Cornell doesn't look that good despite having a winning record (3-2). Artis looking great - Jones lighting it up off the bench - Young killing the boards. I will note that Sterling Smith transferred to Pitt as a SG who pretty much only did two things well at Coppin State: shoot 3's and get steals. He's 2-foor-2 on 3's and has a steal in the first half.

To anyone who wants to ho-hum Pitt's huge halftime lead:
#6 Duke up only 2 AT HOME over Yale at the half
#12 UVA up only 7 AT HOME over 0-4 Lehigh
#21 Oregon having trouble AT HOME shaking 2-2 Arkansas State, up 38-25
#13 Indiana LOST 69-72 earlier to unranked UNLV (whose superstar freshman center barely played)

#10 Gonzaga continues to dominate every team not named Pitt, beating Washington 80-64 at a neutral site. Gonzaga was +17 at the half, and has been +15 and +12 at the half in their other two wins, so they certainly aren't slow starters. Considering Pitt was not only beating them by 2, but clearly outplaying them and much more affected by the slick floor, Pitt is playing like a legit top-10/15 team right now.
