I like the move alot, had the pleasure of meeting him, definitely a sharp dude with lots of energy. Narduzzi is still the 'recruiting coordinator' for reals though.

Bingo! Recruiting coordinator is just a title to justify raise and give the guy more resume fodder. It really doesn't change much.

You guys don't get it. Recruiting coordinator is a very specialized job on a P5 football team. That job is really important comes with a ton of duties and responsibilities that go well beyond the ordinary recruiting responsibilities of the coaching staff.

It's been no secret that Harley has established himself as a young, energetic recruiter who "gets it" when it comes to connecting with high school aged kids and their coaches using social media etc. Tbis is a promotion and he has earned it.

It really isn't. All those duties and responsibility is handled by the administrative staff these days. Sure they may get a little bit more involved with recruiting but the impact is minimal. People act as if he now responsible for picking who they recruit and offer. In reality they are little more than a liaison between the back office staff and the coaching staff.
