Why not invite several high school bands to sit up in the bleachers or upper deck visitors side for several games and march with the Pitt band at halftime?

Have fraternities honored at halftime and have their banners throughout the stadium?

Boy Scout and Cub Scout days and have them in the upper bleachers?

Those were an annual events at beautiful, historic Pitt Stadium. Went with my daughter to Scout Day in 1998. One of her pals was so impressed with the Band, etc. that she told her Dad before halftime that she was going to Pitt. She did, honors grad, couple years on the Dance Team. Great recruiting tools.
