He would be a great addition to Dixon's staff at Pitt. I don't know what he brings recruiting wise, but in my opinion the coaching staff hasn't been as strong recently, especially since anyone that has had heading coaching experience has left. I think that lots of coaches like having other former head coaches on their bench with them. That is something this staff lacks.
