You’re the Pitt head coach and you’ll have the same QB’s on the roster next year...

How do you win 10 games in 2020?

Hope we improve and most of our schedule doesnt ?

Establish the mindset that we can run the ball. It will start with the offseason programs and continue through training camp. The passing game will of course be there, but we have to be able to run the ball to achieve some balance.

My receivers are going to spend a ton of time on the jugs machine and working on contested catches. Too many dropped passes when wide open and QBs need to put balls in spots where only the receiver can make a play on the ball. Look at James Washington's TD catch last week, pure focus.

Situational football coaching. Narduzzi needs to get better on using time outs and when to take risks on fourth downs and when to kick or punt.

Second half football improvements. I've never seen a team run so hot and cold between halves. The offense has to have the ability to score in the second half, whether it is giving new looks or having a newfound run game, something needs to change. You can't count on the defense to play stellar every single possession.

I agree with pittmeister regarding discipline. Get rid of the pregame stuff. Focus and eliminate presnap penalties. Next year's mission should be to win the ACC Coastal. That has to be the main focus of this team.

There are a solid 8 wins in that schedule is we just improve our discipline and stop shooting ourselves in the foot. Need to improve the run game, get them involved in the short passing with the TE.

Force the receivers to watch videos of men dropping kittens.

Get back to a consistent run game. That will help whatever QB is in the game. Imagine a good run game with this vaunted defense? Legit scary.

Honestly, this year's team wins two or three more games if they find a way to score in the red zone. Lost to PSU, Miami, and BC by a total of 18 points. If your offense is a couple of plays better in those games, you're looking at being ranked, playing a big game this weekend, and probably a trip to the Orange Bowl.

I see 5 or 6 easier wins and the rest as toss ups. Nc,Miami and vt will be better. Va will likely be worse, the others about the same. Fsu will have talent but a new coach and system so who knows if thats a top 15 team or a 7-5 one.

Find a good punter, a good punt returner and a good kick returner and install discipline to cut down on all those stupid penalties
